The architectural design proposed for the Project Building Positano, in 2005, was a breakthrough in the monotony of buildings developed for the real estate market at the time: a counterpoint of strips of brick wall and square and curved structures in visible concrete. At the crossroads of three streets of the Bela Vista neighbourhood, BR, the 13-storey building had the task of integrating a forgotten city block into a high-density area. It was the first ‘two ensuite bedrooms plus one’ development, allowing for the personalisation of the layout, with options of a larger living room, a study, or a third bedroom. At the time, it was given the Anfacer National Award and 15 years after its opening, it still holds its value.
