The project developed for Bossa, in the Petrópolis neighborhood of Porto Alegre, was the first to contrast with the residential buildings around it, which were completely closed off from the street.
Enriching the urban scale and promoting harmony between the building and the city were Bossa's starting points. On the first floor, a long horizontal volume in exposed concrete and glass has made the façade permeable to pedestrians, and is also a transitional element for the eleven-storey tower.
The development, with spacious two-bedroom apartments, won the International Property Awards in the High Rise Architecture Brazil category in 2013.
