Facing a large lake, Casa Nascente was inspired by the love of water. It is water that has driven its entire design, starting with the creation of an artificial lake inside the house and the design of a large aquarium in the living room.

On the first floor, two blocks connect through the volume of water, on one side the rooms dedicated to leisure and, on the other, the social area with kitchen, living room and an immense aquarium coated in platinum copper. 

The lake connects to the infinity pool, which in turn connects to the condominium lake. An invitation to contemplation in a house where you can see the sunrise every day of the year.

Among the coatings are exposed concrete, platinum copper in a blue-green tone that lives up to the whole purpose of Casa Nascente's architecture.
