The living spaces have been raised to the third floor. The interior design of the Voz foyer was designed by Ingrid Stemmer and features generous open spaces for sound to fill and neighbors to meet. It also includes integrated gourmet, dining and living spaces.

In the gardens, designed by landscape designer Susana Nedel, native species are planted to ensure more privacy and enhance coziness. The deck encourages sunbathing and leads to the heated swimming pool with a 25m lane that invites you to take a long swim. The Montessori playroom, outdoor playground and large lawns enhance the living area and provide a protected and safe space outside the home. The pet corner provides an exclusive place to exercise and entertain pets, with specific furniture and fencing that allows them to run freely and safely.
