The interior decoration project for the new head office for Garcia and Garcia Solicitors was part of the repositioning plan for the brand. The office took over a full floor in the Trend Corporate Building, in 24 de Outubro Avenue, BR, and besides the proposition of boldness and innovation, the project encompassed the sensation of cosiness, one of the main characters of the company. Lighting throughout the space is automated by the Cicluz system, replicating the circadian cycle via LEDs. The light has chronobiological effects over the body, assisting in defining and synchronizing periods of concentration and relaxation, which are associated to the release of melatonin and the sleep-wake rhythm. A smart command varies the colour temperature of the rooms throughout the day, encouraging the correct release of hormones, thus reducing stress and resulting in a significant improvement in productivity levels.
