Mó, in Portuguese, is the name of the stone that converts grains into food in a mill. It names the restaurant, with a plant of 800m2 and a 40m long facade facing north, which sought in the contemplative view of nature an identity of coexistence and refinement, bathed in light and ventilation.

The essence of the architectural design reinforces the simplicity of elements, suggesting a stripped and informal atmosphere. Even though the space has large areas, architectural resources create micro-environments, resembling the climate of a canteen.

The service infrastructure listened to the kitchen staff, optimizing refueling and circulation. The kitchen features high end equipment, providing comfort for chefs, in addition to aluminum worktops and aseptic care.

The palette proposes a dialogue with the university, since Mó is located in Espaço Unisinos, in Porto Alegre. Each shade is chosen based on neuroarchitecture: cool colors like turquoise and gray are soothing, elements in navy blue enhance the taste. Warm colors are reserved in small doses at the lounge, in details that follow the buffet.
