The building, situated in a private condominium in Novo Hamburgo, BR, was placed diagonally on the highest contour line of the plot of land, with a privileged focal point in relation to the street corner. All the elements are in harmony: the concrete floor, supported by circular columns, and the curves that naturally lead to the main entrance to the house. A long, horizontal tear softens the hardness of the concrete block, providing more light to the living room. Ipê wood panels are the backdrop, camouflaging both main and service entrances, fine tuning the composition of the three materials.
