The Poema Foyer was presented with first place in AAI 2020 Award, by the Associação de Arquitetos de Interiores (Brazilian Association of Interior Designers). The award merits sustainability and the use of accessibility resources in projects. The communal spaces of Project Poema are on a single level, with minimalist ramps and frames, allowing for a continuous flow. Construction resources include raw materials, with high resistance and low impact.

The Project House Frame achieved first place in the AsBEA-RS 2019 Award, for the category Homes (Completed Buildings), competing with more than 70 projects from the region of Rio Grande do Sul, BR. The inspiration for the project came from recalling the sensation of sitting in a porch in the evening and watching the world go by, taking you back to the essence of the traditional Mediterranean homes, with generous leisure spaces surrounding the house.

Alongside one of the greatest names in world architecture, Projects House Da Figueira and House Poema were highlights in the pages of the AWW 2018 – Architecture – Worldwide Future Project Category, in the Italian magazine, Interni.

We received from the Union of Architects of Rio Grande do Sul, BR, the Architect and Urbanist Award 2017 in the Category Private Sector, as the only regional company managed exclusively by architects to encompass the segments of developer and architecture office. The choice was made based on nominations received from experts in the region and had as its criteria the merit and the relevance of the work of the professionals. The curator council of the award evaluates impact of actions, projects or innovative works in the science, politics, social welfare or technology fields.

The title of architecture award winner of the International Property Awards 2014, UK, recognised the originality of Project Bossa in its reinterpretation of Brazilian modernism. Key points of the project included the enrichment of the urban layers and the harmony between the building and the city, thus gifting the area with a real landmark. The concept reinforces the intertwine of Bossa with its human neighbours and passers-by, expressed via the total transparency of the glass façade.

AsBEA Anfacer 2019 award by the Associação Brasileira dos Escritórios de Arquitetura (Brazilian Association of Architecture Offices) and the Associação Nacional dos Fabricantes de Cerâmica (Brazilian Association of Tile Manufacturers), acknowledging the pivotal and creative use of tiling resources in architecture for Building Positano.
