Minimalism does not mean removing elements. Just the opposite, it means to value the essence of minute details and maximise the comprehension and the functionality of these specifics. This is a minimalist house, reflecting a practical family. The two V-shaped structures support a single, horizontal block, sheltering the cars below, and granting weightlessness to the whole composition. The social spaces are established on three fronts: west, filled by a sheet of concrete that protects the space from sunlight; south, where it is open to the water canal and the view; and finally, east, inviting the rising sun to flood the house.
