The project created for Bossa, in the Petrópolis neighbourhood in Porto Alegre, BR, was the first to contradict the residential buildings around it, which were completely segregated from the street. The premises for Project Building Bossa included enriching the urban scene and promoting harmony between the edification and the city. On the ground floor, a long, horizontal structure made out of visible concrete and glass ensures the façade is permeable to the passers-by, and it also works as a transitional element to the eleven-storey tower. The development, with spacious two-bedroom apartments, was the winner of the International Property Award, category High Rise Architecture, Brazil, in 2013.
