Re-establishing the feeling of sitting on the veranda in the late afternoon and contemplating life as it passes by: the inspiration for the design of Frame House goes back to the essence of traditional Mediterranean dwellings, with vast leisure spaces around the house. The house itself turns out onto the street, opening up as an invitation to neighbourliness - and to relationship.

The decks that are distributed over the slope of the land are the literal interpretation of this concept, brought into the light of our century. Between wood and metal structures, the whole floats above the garden.

The clear definition of what is internal and what is external is blurred, and this is intentional, also provoking a different vision of what leisure is, what being is, what receiving is. Everything is permeated in a single and large area of coexistence.

The rectangle, the concrete, the steel: the signature of Stemmer Rodrigues' projects is reinterpreted, embracing the peculiarities of the plot and elevating every potential of the land to the status of art.
