House Marsala was conceived in conjunction with the landscape design, with the exuberant gardens that surround the residence, located in a private condominium in Eldorado do Sul, BR. The contrast of the natural green and the marsala wine red of the building creates a scenario where everything is harmonious. Each wall is a backdrop for the growing flora. The terraces are suspended gardens, featuring the deck area with fruit trees, greenery, climbing plants, herbs and spices. The living space, protected by glass panes that encase the nearby sailable waterway, was conceived with the barbecue grill area in mind: an open plan space including the kitchen and the pit master’s spot.
